If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Non-Refundable Custom Orders
Custom orders are tailored specifically to meet your unique requirements. Because of the personalized nature of these items, they are non-refundable. Custom orders include any products specially designed, manufactured, or altered based on your specifications. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming a custom order to ensure it aligns with your expectations.
How to Start a Return
Initiating a return is simple and straightforward. To begin, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required to process your return. Be sure to include the RA number with your return to avoid delays in processing.

Condition of Returned Items

Shipping Costs

Refunds

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Shipping costs and any applicable handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
