You must download the Preliminary plans from the Additional Resources on The Home Depot website and take them to your local authority for approval. Any corrections required need to be emailed to us before completing the purchase. We can then customize their requirements to your Prefab home. We can be available if you require assistance with pre-construction services for your project, permits, etc. Modification of plans can be available with our architects/designers. Should you decide you, want to modify the plans to suit a new look, change door openings, add a new wall, or simply have an idea you would like to apply to your build. We can assist as long as it is in the size of the structure. Modifications may be done at an additional cost. Contact us to discuss building options.
